How do I make a booking on Chuzeday?

First you need to Sign Up to Chuzeday, its easy and free. Find the business you want to book, select the service and press "Check out" at the end of the screen. Select the the date, the days are colour coded; Green is available, Red is fully booked, Grey is not available Next Select the time you want, you'll return to the calendar, select "Next" and pay a deposit (if the business requires a deposit). That's it, easy... Your Booked In.

How do I cancel or reschedule an Appointment?

Cancelling or Rescheduling your appointments isn't a problem on Chuzeday. Once you have appointments on Chuzeday these are saved in your Guest Account. Open your Guest App and tap the "Booked" tab, its at the end of the home screen OR tap the "Your next appointments" button just above the Heart. The "My Bookings" page will open, showing all your future appointments. (Your past appointments are here too, in the "Past" tab) Select the one you want to cancel or reschedule The booking details will open and here you can "Cancel" or "Reschedule" this appointment. Selecting "Cancel" you'll be asked to confirm "No/Yes". Select Yes to complete the cancellation Selecting "Reschedule" will bring you to the Business Calendar for the Service Provider, just select the new date and time and click "Reschedule" That's it your all done.   You do need to be mindful of the Cancellation Policies of the Service Provider, if you are cancelling within 48hrs of the appointment this could impact your deposit for the service you booked.

Can I use my Personal Revolut Account to take payments on Chuzeday OR do I need to make a new one?

You can use your Personal Revolut account as the Payment Account for your Chuzeday Business. However you need to be aware of your Tax and Revenue responsabiliites when you do this. An option is to open a Revolut Pro Account, Chuzeday are Partners with Revolut and if you open a Pro Account using our link you'll get a better offer from Revolut. The advantage of the Revolut Pro is that you can "Split" your Personal/Business transactions and this really helps with you are making your Annual Tax Returns. Remember you should consult a qualified Account on all matters related to your Business responsabilities and Revenue/Taxes

Do I need a bank device / card reader to take payments on Chuzeday?

No, you don't need any device to take payments on Chuzeday. We have integrated payments with trusted and Globally respected Payment Partners. Stripe and Revolut handle all payments on Chuzeday. Your Guest will pay deposits when booking. When you complete your service, you then generate a unique Payment QR Code which your Guest scans using their Chuzeday Guest App. This brings them to their payment screen, they complete the payment and your can confirm the monies have been paid on your Business App. No need for expensive and sometimes unreliable Card Devices.

They can only leave Reviews after a sale has been completed Your Business / Service can be rated from 1 to 5 Stars with an optional short text comment. These Reviews are seen below your Business Listing in Chuzeday's Search on both the App and Website. When the Guest interested in your business decides to "Visit Now" the detail of your Reviews is seen at the lower section of your Webpage.

Well Done that's a really important question On Chuzeday you can close your calendar for set periods using the "Closed Dates" tool in settings. Guests will not see the reason for your calendar being unavailable during your selected dates and will not be able to make bookings on these dates. They can however continue booking you for furutre appointment without you needing to be there taking bookings via phone, text etc This is a powerful and easy to use tool, freeing you up to do things that matter to you while also recieving bookings from your Guests

In the "Settings" Page of your Business Dashboard, in the "Account Setup" Tile select the "Bank Details, Manage your bank details" TAB. You will arrive at the page to enter or edit your bank details. It is important that you check these details are correct, otherwise you will not recieve payments OR worst someone else may recieve your funds.
